2020年2月26日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對(duì)化油器及包含化油器的產(chǎn)品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing SuchCarburetors，案件號(hào)337-TA-1123）作出337調(diào)查部分終裁：中國(guó)福建Fujian Hualong Carburetor Co., Ltd申請(qǐng)撤銷之前對(duì)該企業(yè)發(fā)布同意令，ITC不批準(zhǔn)該申請(qǐng)。

2019年10月11日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2019年8月12日作出的初裁進(jìn)行復(fù)審，初裁曾認(rèn)定申請(qǐng)方未能滿足對(duì)美國(guó)專利號(hào)6,394,424、6,439,547、6,533,254、7,070,173的國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的要求（failed to satisfy the economic prong of thedomestic industry requirement）；復(fù)審有更改地確認(rèn)原裁決，并終止本案調(diào)查。

2019年8月22日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2019年8月5日作出的初裁（Order No. 72）不予復(fù)審，即終止對(duì)美國(guó)專利號(hào)6,540,212的調(diào)查；對(duì)本案行政法官于2019年8月7日作出的初裁（Order No. 75、76）不予復(fù)審，即基于和解，終止對(duì)中國(guó)重慶Huayi Carburetor Factory of Chongking, China、美國(guó) Cabela’s Incorporated of Sidney, NE的調(diào)查。

2019年7月23日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2019年7月10日作出的初裁（Order No. 65）不予復(fù)審，即，基于同意令，終止對(duì)美國(guó)Thunderbay Products的調(diào)查。

2019年6月12日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2019年5月29日作出的初裁（Order No. 49）不予復(fù)審，即發(fā)布一項(xiàng)同意令，終止對(duì)美國(guó)MTD Products Inc. of Valley City, OH的調(diào)查。

2019年5月16日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2019年2月25日作出的初裁（Order No. 49）不予復(fù)審，即中國(guó)浙江Wuyi Henghai Tools Co., Ltd., of Zhejiang, China、美國(guó)Tool Tuff Direct LLC of Golden, CO、美國(guó)Imperial Industrial Supply Co. d/b/a Duromax PowerEquipment of Ontario, CA、中國(guó)福建Fuding Youyi Trade Co., Ltd., of Fujian, China為缺席被告。

2019年4月11日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2019年3月25日作出的初裁（Order No. 45）不予復(fù)審，即基于和解，終止對(duì)愛爾蘭Tillotson of Kerry, Ireland的調(diào)查。
