2020年3月13日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布對(duì)特定可折疊便攜家具（Certain Collapsible and Portable Furniture，調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1178）的337調(diào)查終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2020年2月20日作出的初裁（No. 6）予以復(fù)審，即基于雙方和解與同意令，終止對(duì)中國福建Fujian Zenithen Consumer Products Co., Ltd., of Fuzhou, Fujian, China、香港特別行政區(qū)Zenithen Hong Kong Ltd. of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong、美國Zenithen USA LLC of Upland, CA的調(diào)查，并發(fā)布同意令。

2019年9月30日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)特定可折疊便攜家具（Certain Collapsible and Portable Furniture）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1178）。

2019年8月16日，美國GCI Outdoor, Inc.向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國注冊(cè)專利號(hào)9,282,824、9,060,611），請(qǐng)求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國Denovo Brands, LLC, Bentonville, AR、中國福建Zhenli (Zhanghzhou) Industrial Co., Ltd., China、中國福建正盛日用品有限公司Fujian Zenithen Consumer Products Co., Ltd., China、香港特別行政區(qū)Zenithen Hong Kong Ltd.、美國Zenithen USA LLC, Upland, CA、美國Westfield Outdoor, Inc. d/b/a Westfield Outdoors, Indianapolis, IN、美國MacSports Inc、中國山東Meike (Qingdao) Leisure Products Co., Ltd為列名被告。
