2019年3月7日，LILLEbaby LLC of Golden, CO向美國(guó)ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷(xiāo)售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專(zhuān)利權(quán)（美國(guó)注冊(cè)專(zhuān)利號(hào)8,172,116、8,424,732），請(qǐng)求美國(guó)ITC發(fā)布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。

美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。除美國(guó)貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟(jì)令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
