印度對華絕緣子啟動第一次反傾銷日落復審立案調查

2019年1月10日，印度商工部發布公告稱，應印度國內企業Aditya Birla Insulators (Grasim Industries Ltd.子公司)、Insulators and Electricals Company和ModernInsulators Ltd.提交的聯合申請，對原產于或進口自中國的絕緣子（Electrical Insulators）進行反傾銷日落復審立案調查，傾銷調查期為2017年4月1日~2018年9月30日（18個月），損害調查期為2014年~2015年、2015年~2016年、2016年~2017年。本案涉及印度海關編碼854610和854620項下的產品。
2013年9月5日，應印度國內企業WS Industries (India) Ltd.、 Modern Insulators Limited、Insulatorsand Electrical Company、Bharat Heavy Electrical Limite和AdityaBirla Nuvo Ltd.的聯合申請，印度商工部對原產于中國的絕緣子發起反傾銷立案調查。2014年7月1日，印度對原產于中國的上述涉案產品作出反傾銷初裁。2015年3月4日 ，印度對原產于中國的上述涉案產品做出反傾銷終裁。2015年4月11日，印度對原產于中國的上述涉案產品征收為期5年的反傾銷稅，征稅日期從2014年9月16日至2019年9月15日。
